Is Past Life Regression A Safe Therapy?
The Massage Of Your Mind
You are not here by accident or by some coincidence of nature. You are a spiritual being learning lessons of love in this earth school. – Dr Brian Weiss
Groundbreaking psychiatrist and best-selling author of “Many Lives, Many Masters” Dr. Brian Weiss met Oprah Winfrey in her famous show ‘The Oprah Show‘. “When symptoms disappear, that’s usually not from imagination or something like that. It’s usually from the real memory, the experience,” Dr Weiss says. “Imagination doesn’t cure symptoms.”

Past Life Regression Therapy is also a part of psychotherapy. Past Life Regression is a therapy that answers some important questions in your mind, like- why I am here, why this happens/happened to me.
If you’ve ever wondered why you have a fear of heights or look into the eyes of a stranger and feel as if you know them, the answers may be found in your past lives. – Dr Brian Weiss, MD, the author of Miracles Happen.
You May Have Had a Past Life
1. Have you ever felt a familiar feeling with a stranger?
Through past-life regression, it’s possible to heal—and grow—your mind, body and soul, as well as strengthen your present-day relationships. One of the most common signs of a past life is déjà vu—the sensation that you have met a person before or have visited someplace previously. Sometimes, this déjà vu feeling is a sign of a past life with a particular person or in a specific place.
2. Do you vivid realistic Dreams?
Your Dreams Are So Real It’s Like You’re Actually There. Do you have vivid, detailed dreams of yourself in different times and places? That might be a past life memory emerging.
3. Do you have extraordinary interest in History?
Talents and abilities, likes and dislikes, and attractions and aversions can also be clues to past lives. You might feel yourself being drawn to certain people or to certain cultures, even if you’ve never visited them.
4. Do you feel Soul-Mate kind of relationship with someone?
Relationships may change from life to life, but the souls are the same. For example, your grandmother might reincarnate as your grandson. In this sense we never lose our loved ones, because we are always being reunited either on the other side or back here in physical bodies.
How Past Life Regression Works?
Past life regression is an amazing, full-sensory experience. You might experience the memory as a vivid movie, or see only vague flashes of images that prompt the narrative. You might hear gunshots or explosions on a battlefield, or music at a dance. It is possible to recall smells too: smoke from a fire, leather from a saddle, or the sweat of a dirty body.
As the story unfolds, you feel real emotions appropriate to the story. You may cry when you re-experience deep sadness at the death of a beloved child, feel despair in the pit of your stomach as you witness a massacre, or elation at a long-awaited homecoming from war. And just as you can recall strong emotions, you feel the pain of an arrow piercing your body as you are dying, or the heaviness of a load you’re carrying on your back. These physical sensations and emotions are very real in the moment, but pass quickly as you move through the past life story and death.
How the Healing Works?
Past life regression is healing. You were born not as a blank slate, but as a soul rich with both the wisdom and scars from many lifetimes.
We all carry memories from past lives into this life–unconscious memories that carry an energetic charge and continue to affect us. They can be things left undone, vows made, accomplishments, failures, mistakes, success, emotional debts, guilt, gratitude, traumatic and sudden deaths, wisdom, and love.
These charges from the past set up patterns which are continually triggered and repeated in our present life. These patterns can be positive or negative. They can affect our relationships, behaviors, motivations, and even our physical bodies and health. Positive patterns can feed talents, bestow wisdom, influence tastes, and energize life purpose. Negative patterns fuel destructive, compulsive behavior, cloud judgment, cause injury, and block your way.
By making these memories conscious, we can release the patterns that no longer serve us, freeing us to live more fully in the present. Beneficial patterns are reinforced, negative patterns are neutralized. It is a process of detaching and releasing your past fears, phobias, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, guilt, anger, resentment, grudges that you may have carries in your present life unknowingly and still suffering.
Past life regression is the process of healing the soul by healing the past.
Past Life Regression is Sci-Spiritual, Not Religious
Past life regression has gained the recognition as a legitimate form of spiritual healing and a Sci-Spiritual Therapy after Dr Brian Weiss, a renowned Psychiatrist in Miami, USA had written a well known book ‘Many Lives Many Master‘ (Millions of copies sold out) in the year 1988. No matter what religion you profess—or even if you don’t follow any religion—experiencing yourself as a soul in other lifetimes gives you a profound awareness that you are more than a physical body. You encounter your soul’s essence, connected and aligned to a greater universal energy, perhaps for the first time in your life. This has happened often in my sessions. For those who experience it, they feel truly at peace.
